HOW TO USE YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE ONLINE:  To use your gift certificate towards an online order, please place an order online. When you receive your order confirmation number, please email us at sales@pleasantridge.ca. We will need your gift certificate number and amount. We will apply to your order and credit back your credit or debit card online.

Once your pre tax total is over $150, we cover the shipping costs. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  •  Order processing can take up to 2-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to be packaged and shipped out.  Items placed in shopping cart are not reserved. 
  • We aim to have 100% fill rates in our orders. If we are sold out of an item, we will ship your order without the item.  If an item is back ordered from our vendor, we will contact you via phone/email.  If we do not hear back from you, we will ship the balance of your order and the backordered items can be re-ordered at a later date. 
  • Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday will not get processed until the following business day.
  • Please place online orders with either a Visa, Visa Debit (Interac) or Mastercard Credit Card. Credit cards are NOT automatically charged from our website. Once all items are confirmed in stock, credit cards will be charged.
  • Ground delivery can range from 1 to 5 five business days to most locations in Canada once it leaves our shipping department (unless otherwise stated on the item.) Please note that this is not a guaranteed timeline.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends. If you have a time-sensitive parcel please call our mail order department for further details. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: ALL SADDLE PURCHASES MADE ONLINE, WILL BE SHIPPED SIGNATURE REQUIRED! 

To ensure expedient delivery, we have teamed up with CANPAR courier service.  Canpar delivers during the day, and as of this year Canpar does not require a signature for deliveries. These companies are unable to ship to PO Boxes or rural route numbers, we require a physical address (fire/house number and road name). PLEASE NOTE: ALL CUSTOMERS LOCATED IN BRITISH COLUMBIA WILL HAVE THEIR PACKAGES SHIPPED VIA CANADA POST TO ENSURE DELIVERY. 

We strongly recommend that if no one is home during the day to accept a parcel, that you give us a business address, place of work, or friendly neighbours address to deliver your parcel.  If this is not possible, please leave a note on your door with instructions to where the delivery driver can leave the parcel.  Please print your name and sign the note.              

If you need your parcel to be shipped by Canada Post, please notify us so we can make the changes to your order for you! 

In extreme cases, we will contact you about high freight charges. With the high cost of fuel, all freight companies have passed huge price increases onto us. We are absorbing what we can, and we aim to keep our freight charges as low as possible. 

Online/Mail Order Return/Exchange Process

  • Please email our returns department at returns@pleasantridge.ca 

  • Carefully pack your approved products (along with the Return/Exchange Form), and address your package to our store. 

  • Please return items by Canada Post "ground mail" to our store. Sorry, we cannoaccept collect returns. Please note that refunds will not be given for purchased shipping boxes or envelopes. Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of returning items, return shipping is at the cost of the customer. 

  • Exchanges will be shipped back to you at your expense via courier.

  • All exchanges are subject to applicable shipping charges for the item amount.

  • Should you need any assistance with your purchase, our Customer Service Representatives will be pleased to assist you. Many issues can be resolved simply in just one phone call. Please feel free to contact us at 1-519-758-5246 by email at returns@pleasantridge.ca.

  • Original shipping charges or fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Items returned in any sort of USED condition will NOT be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition with tags attached. If we receive an item in non-refundable condition, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Refunds can only be processed with a receipt for full money back within 30 days of original purchase. Please refer to our Refund Guidelines for further detail.

  • We will gladly accept VISA, VISA DEBIT (INTERAC CARD) & MASTERCARD as a form of payment.
