We aim to have 100% fill rates in our orders. If we are sold out of an item, we will ship your order without the item.  If an item is back ordered from our vendor, we will contact you via phone/email to notify you.  If we don't hear back from you, we will ship the balance of your order and the backordered items can be re-ordered at a later date.

**Orders that are placed on Saturday's and Sunday's may not get processed till the following business day**

*We do not Accept Visa Debit cards at this time. Please place online orders with either a Visa Credit card or Mastercard Credit card. NOTE: Credit cards are NOT automatically charged from our website. Once all items are confirmed in stock, credit cards are charged.* 

Ground delivery time is within 5 business days to most locations in Canada once the items ship from our location, unless otherwise stated in the product description.  Please note that this is not a guaranteed timeline, and we do not ship on weekends.  If you have a time-sensitive parcel please call our mail order department to ensure that it can be delivered to you in time.

To ensure expedient delivery, we have teamed up with CANPAR and PUROLATOR  courier service.  Both companies deliver during the day, and require a signature to leave a parcel. These companies are unable to ship to PO Boxes or rural route numbers, we require a physical address (number and road name).

We strongly recommend that if no one is home during the day to accept a parcel, that you give us a business address, place of work, or friendly neighbours address to deliver your parcel.  If this is not possible, please leave a note on your door with instructions to where the delivery driver can leave the parcel.  Please print your name and sign the note.              

If you need your parcel to be shipped by Canada Post, we will need to quote you a price.  Freight rates below are for Canpar and Purolator deliveries only.

In extreme cases, we may contact you about extremely high freight charges. With the high cost of fuel, all freight companies have passed huge price increases onto us. We are absorbing what we can, and we aim to keep our freight charges as low as possible.   We will always contact you if the shipping charge is different from your quoted online price.
