Helps to relieve joint and knee pain associated with osteoarthritis. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Recommended dose: 
Adults: 1/2 teaspoon 1 − 3 time(s) per day
2000 − 6000mg per day, not to exceed 2000mg per single dose
1/2 a teaspoon = 2000mg
Take with food. Avoid taking at bedtime
